Hi Mizuho! The question that you posed concerning whether or not we could interpret historical events with complete objectivity is very interesting. I think that it is exceptionally difficult to interpret historical events without some sort of predisposed opinions, which is also why it's difficult to narrate people's histories objectively. I liked how you highlighted that some experiences are likely to be left out of archival records to better suit future historical narratives and points that historians may be trying to get across. I think that this is an important point to take into account every time we read historical documents and narratives.
